Another great wildlife-film book from Piers Warren & Wildeye Publishing!

This is a fantastic book & a great accompaniment to 'Go Wild With Your Camcorder' and 'Careers in Wildlife Film-making', both of which I enjoyed immensely.
Piers Warren has a superb, easy-to-understand style of writing that I find most engaging - Stuff about technology normally tends to make my eyes glaze over but he manages to make it palatable & more importantly, comprehensible!
If you want to start a career in wildlife film-making and do not know the ins & outs of the industry, this book is sure to help you become well informed as it has up-to-date case-studies and articles from those in the industry that really do know what it takes to be a wildlife film-maker and what it is that will be required as the genre, platforms & technology keep evolving... A must for established film-makers so that they can catch up with the opinions of colleagues and essential to newcomers who want to know how the minds of people involved in the wonderful world of wildlife film-making work and where the niche jobs of the future will be found! Even those keen amateurs or those just interested in how the wildlife film industry works will find this book a great read... It's an insight that you are very unlikely to find anywhere else!

I really love this book. It gives good insight into the ever-changing world of wildlife film making. Its a joy to read and contains entries from some of the world's finest, like my favorite Casey Anderson and Steve Backshall.

Outstanding Book on Wildlife Filmmaking

I knew Piers Warren was creating this book because he had asked me to contribute an essay to it. What I didn't realize until I got a copy and read it was the wealth of information and wisdom in it. If you are interested in wildlife films or connected with the wildlife filmmaking industry in any way, this is a book which will fascinate you and I urge you to read and relish it.
